A SINGER who has been touring with Jools Holland and Gary Barlow will appear in Bristol on January 25.

Singer songwriter Nell Bryden will play at The Louisiana in Bathurst Terrace.

The date is a postponement from earlier this month.

After major tour support slots with Chris Rea and Duane Eddy in the spring, Nell released her new album Shake The Tree.

The album was preceded by single Buildings And Treetops, a soaring anthem about new beginnings, which became a top 20 hit.

After a July spent doing various live performances in the UK, including Guilfest, BT London Live in Hyde park for the Olympics, and BBC Radio 2’s Friday Night is Music Night with a full live orchestra, Nell returned to radio with her new single Sirens, a very personal story about Nell’s experiences during 9/11 in New York.

Nell toured with Jools Holland and Gary Barlow in December 2012, including a prestigious slot at the Royal Albert Hall.

Tickets for the Bristol gig are £10 in advance on 01179 299008 or via
