A TRIBUTE act to one of the greatest country music stars of all time is bringing the legend to Bath.
Clive John, a Johnny Cash tribute artist, is taking up his guitar to breathe life into the music which is loved by a generation.
The tribute star decided to take up his alter-ego after his friend, a huge Cash fan, died of brain cancer. In memory of his loved one, Clive covers the hits with respect and tries to capture the style and attitude of the country music star.
Inspired by Walk the Line, Clive made it his mission to pay tribute to the man who captured the heart of music fans across the world.
His show promises a combination of Cash classics and one of Clive’s own songs, in a roadshow which has been endorsed by the Cash family themselves.
He will be appearing at the Chapel Arts Centre in Bath tonight. Tickets, priced £17.50, are available from the box office on 01225 920256.
