Happy Mondays to wow crowds with spectacular show

Manchester's legendary Happy Mondays are set for their big return to the stage as they launch their new nationwide tour.
The rock band, which formed in 1980, will take audiences back through time with some of their best-loved songs, including Step On, Wrote For Luck, Kinky Afro and The Boys Are Back In Town.
The greatest hits tour will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the band’s debut record, Squirrel And G-Man Twenty Four Hour Party People Plastic Face Carnt Smile.
Happy Mondays hope to reinstate themselves as the pioneer of the ‘Madchester’ music scene with their mix of rock, funk and psychedelia.
Shaun Ryder, Mark Berry, Garry Whelan, Mark Day, Paul Ryder and Rowetta will launch their tour at Bristol’s O2 Academy, in Frogmore Street, at 7pm on November 14.
