A JAZZ band which is a regular on the international music scene will play in Yatton this week.The Memphis Seven will appear at The Prince Of Orange Inn on Wednesday.Based in South Wales, the group has been entertaining audiences since 1971 with its brand of New Orleans and Dixieland jazz.Founder member Eric Swift leads the band on trumpet and also provides vocals and he will be joined by another founder member, Ian Jameson (clarinet, soprano saxophone and vocals) and Peter Locke (vocals and slide whistle), Gwynfor Jones (drums), Henry Davies (piano), Roy Davies (banjo) and third founder member Peter Berry (double bass).Tickets are limited to 60 and are available now priced £6 on 01934 832193 or 01275 878557.
