SONGS from the shows, swing, classical and a variety of novelty numbers will be played on a Compton organ in Weston, by BBC 2 Radio host Nigel Ogden.

Nigel, who has been presenting his weekly set, The Organist Entertains, since 1980, will delight audiences at the Weston Odeon on June 26 at 2pm.

The instrument was installed in 1935 when the cinema was built and has been maintained, but unaltered, by the West of England Theatre Organ Society.
