FOR OPERATIC fans in the area, St Andrew's Church in Congresbury, is the only place to be on July 7 at 6pm. International concert singers Elizabeth Glen and Zo Maitland who have previously performed at the Royal Albert Hall and Powderham Castle will be performing a selection of music by Mozart, Rossini, Offenbach and Brahms and some pieces from The Marriage of Figaro. The concert, organised by the Friends of St Andrew's, will include a long interval in which to enjoy a picnic supper. Tickets, priced £10 or £8 for concessions are available from Mendip Office and Art on Broad Street, Congresbury Post Office or St Andrew's Church Office. For details call 01934 833126.
