Award-winning R&B singer Ne-Yo will perform at Bristol's Colston Hall this Christmas.
Ne-Yo, whose real name is Shaffer Smith, is an American singer, songwriter and producer.
He first rose to prominence in 2004, after writing Let Me Love You for singer Mario.
That success saw Ne-Yo signed by Def Jam Recordings shortly after the single was released in the United States.
His debut album In My Own Words reached the UK Top 20 chart in 2006. Ne-Yo’s third album Year Of The Gentleman was his most successful in the UK – reaching number two in the album charts.
The 37-year-old star has since gone on to create several memorable UK number ones, such as So Sick, Closer and Beautiful Monster.
Ne-Yo has released six albums and 15 singles as well as collaborating with some of the biggest names in showbusiness, including Rihanna, Beyoncé, Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke.
He has also written songs for Celine Dion, Whitney Houston and Ciara.
While Ne-Yo is primarily an R&B singer, he also incorporates pop and hip-hop influences into his work.
The tour follows the release of his latest album, Non-Fiction, which was released to critical acclaim last year.
The singer has also branched out from the music industry to guest star in popular TV shows and films including CSI: New York, Battle: Los Angeles and The Mindy Project.
Ne-Yo will be taking to a West Country stage at the Colston Hall, in Colston Street, at 7pm on December 13.
Tickets, priced £52.67, are available from 08448 871500 or online via www.colstonhall.org
