A New York City punk band are heading to Bristol next year, armed with the unique sound which powered them to fame in the late 1990s.

Fun Lovin’ Criminals will perform at the O2 Academy, in Frogmore Street, Bristol on February 10, 2017 at 6.30pm.

The band possesses an eclectic style, bringing together rock, hiphop, punk and blues into a sound fit for the mean streets of New York.

Criminals had chart successes with tunes Scooby Snacks and Loco, which peaked at 22 and five respectively.

Frontman, Huey Morgan has forged a diverse career in Britain since the success of Fun Lovin’ Criminals, presenting a string of television shows and holding down a regular late-night spot on BBC Radio Two where he raids his record collection every week.

Twenty years on from their breakthrough, FLC still posses the swagger and sound which propelled them to the top.
