Spanish trio head to Bristol bar

A unique and international sound is set to make its way to Bristol when Guadalupe Plata embark on their very first UK tour.
The Spanish trio released their latest album earlier this year and their ‘distinctive tribal sound’ is one not to be missed.
They blend jazz and blues music with influences from their Hispanic routes and use some unconventional instruments.
A handcrafted cigar box, a whisky bottle and old cans of coffee are just a few of the unique instruments the band have been known to use.
Guadalupe Plata will be at Start The Bus, in Baldwin Street, on September 20 at 7.30pm.
