WESTON band The Stanleys are back in town with a new line-up.

After their past success, the band is now moving forward with four talented musicians including Jordan Evans, Timmy Day, Eddy Gerlach and Stell Kousiounis.

The Stanleys say their music does not fall into a particular genre, but the raw, energetic sounds are probably best defined as indie with a pinch of punk and rock and a sprinkling of pop.

The Stanleys also play a wide range of classic from The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Oasis, The Beatles and The Arctic Monkeys as well as Paolo Nutini, The Kaiser Chiefs and The Clash.

The band are hoping to move into the studio next month to cut their first album, and will also be performing at Weston’s Live Lounge in West Street on Saturday. The band will start at 9pm and entry is free.
