THE West Country sounds of The Wurzels will return to North Somerset for a one-off performance this month.
The band are performing at the Hilton Cadbury House Hotel in Congresbury on August 26, while there will be guest ciders from around the region and a pig roast on offer.
The band, famous for folky hits such as Combine Harvester, I Am a Cider Drinker and The Blackbird, will be followed by a disco which will continue until 1am.
Colin Baldock, general manager at the hotel, said: “The Wurzels have performed at Cadbury House several times and it’s always such a memorable night that we had to have them back again.
“Their unique entertainment style is always a winner and we’ve got no doubt that this night will be as good if not better than the last one.”
Tickets are priced £15 and are available by calling 01934 834343 or online at www.cadburyhouse.co.uk
