Two singer-songwriters will showcase their impressive talents in a one-off collaborative show.

As a member of one of London’s best-loved bands, Squeeze co-founder Chris Difford has made a lasting contribution to the British music scene with hits including Cool For Cats, Up The Junction and Tempted.

Chris and the band have released 13 albums together and he has now teamed up with singer-songwriter Boo Hewerdine for a tour.

Hewerdine has had a successful career as a member of rock band The Bible as well as a solo artist.

Throughout his career he has written for the likes of Paul Young and Kris Drever. He also scored an Ivor Novello nomination for his song Patience In Angels.

Chris Difford and Boo Hewerdine will be at Bristol’s Folk House, in Park Street, at 7.30pm on March 23.

Tickets, priced £16-18.50, are available from www.bristolfolkhouse.co.uk or 01179 262987.
