Texan rockers White Denim are heading to the 02 Academy Bristol in support of their new latest critically acclaimed album Performance.

A decade on from the release of the groups first album, frontman James Petralli said the band’s ‘mission statement remains unchanged’.

He said: “It is just to make interesting, up-tempo rock and roll.”

Two years on from 2017 album, Stiff’s grubby blues and soul inflections, singer, songwriter and guitarist Petralli and bass player Steve Terebecki have welcomed two new members.

Drummer Conrad Choucroun and keyboardist Michael Hunter and introduced new practices into their record-making process – tapping a whole new pool of inspiration.

White Denim will be at the O2 Academy Bristol in Frogmore Lane on February 12 at 7pm.

Tickets, priced £22.45, are available on 01179 279227 or online at www.academymusic
