STARS Of Time, the number one science fiction fair in the South West, is back.

Cult heroes and geek gods will be heading to the Helicopter Museum for a fun-filled weekend of space, ghosts and aliens.

Well-known faces from TV and film will be at the Weston event, including former Dr Who actor Colin Baker, Torchwood star Kai Owen and Julian Glover from Indiana Jones and Games of Thrones.

Flash Gordan’s Peter Wyngarde, Angela Douglas from the Carry On series and Bond girl Caroline Munro will also attend.

Other celebrity guests attending include Ian McNeice, John Levene, Star Wars veterans Michael Culver and Kenneth Colley and Dr Who companion Nicola Bryant.

As part of the entertainment, Star Wars stuntman Andrew Lawden will be showing children how to use lightsabers in a special one-off Jedi training session.

The UK Ghostbusters will also be premiering a live show complete with lighting effects and flying ghosts.

A huge variety of costumed characters will be on the prowl, including those from Star Wars, Aliens, Dr Who and Star Trek.

There will also be a Millennium Falcon flight simulator, celebrity talks and helicopter experience flights.

The event takes place from July 26-27 at 10am-5.30pm daily at the museum in Locking Moor Road.

Entry will cost £6.50 per child, £10 per adult and family tickets cost £26, but children under four go free.
