A POWERFUL and passionate piece of theatre will be staged in Bath this week.The one-woman show The Bogus Woman will explode into the spotlight at The Rondo Theatre on Wednesday and Thursday.Performed by Sarah Niles, The Bogus Woman has toured all over the world.The tale follows a young African girl who flees to England after the mass murder of her family. Distressed and beaten, she is interrogated at Heathrow and is unable to explain how she got there. She is locked up in the UK's national refugee detention centre near Oxford. While there she becomes involved in the protests that led to the trial of the Campsfield Nine, a group of refugees who were accused and acquitted of rioting.Tickets, priced £6-8, are available from the box office on 01225 463362.
