A show about history’s finest watering holes will come to the South West later in the year.

The Thinking Drinkers will bring their Pub Crawl show to Bristol’s Hen and Chicken, in North Street, on December 7 at 7.45pm.

The group will sample the drinks which were famous during particular eras and pubs, and every single audience member will get to taste five drinks for free.

The Thinking Drinkers are award-winning drinks writers and comedy duo Ben McFarland and Tom Sandham.

They enjoyed a successful UK tour and Edinburgh Festival run last year.

Authorities on all aspects of alcohol, the group have appeared on Channel Four’s Sunday Brunch show.

The Thinking Drinkers will be performing at the Hen and Chicken on December 7.
