BRITAIN’S Got Talent finalist Steve Hewlett will join an all-star billing in The Best Of British – and you could win tickets.
Billed as the ultimate show for fans of variety artists, the show will feature a veritable smorgasbord of home-cropped talent.
Television and radio comedy star Freddie ‘Parrot Face’ Davies tops the bill and will be joined by international illusionists Van Buran and Allyson, musical star Maggie O’Hara and singer Chris Ritchie.
Together the acts will offer an afternoon of traditional entertainment from the good old days of British variety.
Freddie Davies returns to stand-up comedy after 20 years.
His unique brand of comedy stems from a love of variety and experience on The Des O’Connor Show and his own show, The Small World Of Samuel Tweet.
He will be joined by star of ITV1’s Britain’s Got Talent live final Steve Hewlett with his modern take on ventriloquism-based stand-up which judges Simon Cowell and co chose to put through to the final line-up.
The Best of British will be at The Playhouse, on July 7 from 7.30pm.
