TICKETS for a smash hit musical will go on sale on Monday.Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will take flight and arrive at the Bristol Hippodrome in March 2007 for 13 weeks.The production been nominated for three Olivier Awards, including Best Musical, and won Best Musical in the 2003 Variety Club Awards.The longest running show in the history of the London Palladium, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will feature a cast of 70, sensational sets and stunning special effects.The action-packed adventure follows a magical car, an eccentric inventor called Caractacus Potts, his two children Jemima and Jeremy and Grandma Potts who all pit their wits against that dastardly Baron and the evil child catcher.Adrian Noble will direct the stage adaptation of the classic 1968 film by Ian Fleming.Audiences can look forward to hearing famous songs like Truly Scrumptious, Toot Sweets, Hushabye Mountain and the Oscar nominated title song.Tickets, priced £17.50-40, are available from the box office from Monday on 08706 077500.
