Firing Blanks

Firing Blanks

A FRESH, funny and moving play will take to the stage in Bath from today (Thurs) until Saturday.

Firing Blanks is being presented to audiences at the Ustinov at the Bath Theatre Royal.

Having a baby is complicated; it is even tougher when you need another man’s sperm.

Richard is infertile and Kate, a fierce-witted teenager he meets on a park bench, is an unlikely therapist.

The gentle strumming of a busker underscores two people’s intimate, important stories.

Written and directed by Tom Spencer, with an original live score written and performed by the company, Firing Blanks comes to Bath following an award-winning season at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Tickets, priced £10-13, are available from the box office on 01225 448844 or online at ustinov
