THE legendary lady of the Queen Vic, Barbara Windsor, will be appearing as Fairy Bowbells in Dick Whittington at The Bristol Hippodrome this Christmas.
The famous Carry On star, who has recently left her role as Peggy Mitchell in EastEnders, has not appeared in pantomime since 1995.
With superb star casting, a stunning new Dick Whittington set and dazzling costumes, the show promises to be another fantastic occasion.
Joining Barbara is Andy Ford as Idle Jack. One of the country’s best panto comics, he also appeared at The Bristol Hippodrome in Snow White to rave reviews and also in his one man live show.
Eric Potts will take to the stage as Sarah the Cook. He is best known for his role as the comedy baker Diggory Compton in Coronation Street.
Carly Day stars as Alice Fitzwilliam and the title role Dick is played by Owain Williams, who was recently at the venue starring in Les Miserables.
The pantomime will run from December 11 to January 9.
