An actor and producer who grew up in Weston is bringing his latest venture back to his hometown on Saturday hoping to introduce the town to a host of new theatre.
Samuel Lawrence attended Worle Community School before heading off to London to follow his dream of being an actor.
But now he has co-produced Threads, which is set to take the Theatre Tropicana by storm.
Threads follows the lives of Vic and Charlie who have experienced tragedy in life but cannot seem to move forward.
Their undeniable bond is proving hard to shake off and their explosive reunion explores what can happen when you try and move on, but something will not let you.
This one-off performance immediately precedes a three-week run in London.
Threads will be at the Theatre Tropicana, in Marine Parade, on Saturday at 7.30pm.
Tickets, priced £12 and £10 for concessions, are available by calling 01179 020344 or online via www.tobaccofactorytheatres.com
