Two production companies have joined forces to produce an exciting performance of The Weir this week.

Sherman Theatre and Tobacco Factory Theatres have produced their version of Conor McPherson’s play.

This unique adaptation follows the lives of four friends and one stranger in Ireland as they all share their stories, which range from being hilarious to rather dark and revealing.

It also boasts an impressive cast, with Richard Clements taking on the role of Jim. Clements has a host of stage experience and also appeared in BBC drama The Fall.

The Weir will be at the Tobacco Factory Theatre, in Raleigh Road, Bristol from tonight (Thursday) until November 5, at 7.30pm each night except Sunday. There will be matinee shows at 2.30pm on Saturday and November 5.

Tickets, priced £16, are available by calling 0117 902 0344 or online by logging on to www.tobaccofactorytheatres.com
