AUDIENCES can go on a musical journey through the history of pop every week throughout the summer.Thank You For The Music is staged every Thursday at The Winter Gardens until September 14.The show, which celebrates its fifth anniversary this year, features hits from the likes of Elvis, The Beatles and ABBA, as well as Kylie, Charlotte Church and Robbie.Starting in the 1950s with songs like Jerry Lee Lewis' Great Balls Of Fire and Cliff Richard's Move It, the musical spectacular will move through the years, highlighting some of the gems of each era.Show host Julian Franks will introduce a new Beatles medley as well as disco anthems and soul and Motown compilations.The 80s is represented by hits such as Thriller, Tainted Love and Sweet Dreams.Choreographed by London-based dancer Adam Ludwell, the feel-good performance features dynamic routines, colourful costumes and live vocals.Tickets, priced £8-8.50, are available from the box office on 01934 645544.
