Re:ACT has groups based in Weston-super-Mare, Burnham-on-Sea and Clevedon and teaches youngsters aged five to 19 all aspects of musical theatre, song, dance and drama, as well as acting classes, dance classes and private singing tuition.

The group has created industry introduction sessions, which are specialist workshops given by professionals, the first of which began this week and was hosted by Zoe George who played Elphaba in Wicked on the West End and UK Tour.

Pupils will also have the opportunity to perform at Bristol’s O2 Academy in December.

Natalia Barrett, director of Re:ACT, said: “We only have five spaces left across our whole school and have key links and opportunities with established organisations.”
