A NEW theatre show is zooming into a Weston theatre for the very first time.

Roary the Racing Car, which has appeared on Channel Five’s Milkshake! And Nick Jr. since its launch in 2007, is at The Playhouse on August 18 at 2.30pm.

The hit series introduces motorsports to a pre-school audience and children can learn the importance of friendship, team work, problem solving and road safety.

It is the day of the Champion of Champions race at Silver Hatch and Roary is all set to battle it out with Maxi, Cici and all the other cars to win the race and lift the trophy.

Farmer Green has created some brand new bio-fuel to make sure this race is the fastest and greenest ever but Flash has his eyes on that fuel for his skateboard and Big Chris seems more interested in baking a pizza and eating doughnuts than preparing the cars for the race.

Luckily, Marsha Marshall is on hand to make sure that everyone will be ready at the track for the big day.

Tickets, priced £12-£14, are available on 01934 645544 or via
