A twist on the classic fairytale of Snow White will be performed in Cheddar this year when STARR theatre group takes it on as its pantomime.

Snow White And The Cheddar Seven will be performed by the group in the village hall, in Church Street later this month.

If you think you know the tale of Snow White, think again, as there will be a number of twists and turns you will not expect.

The show will contain numerous references to Cheddar and the surrounding area, providing a fair few laughs for its audience.

The group’s long-standing tradition of musical theatre will shine through in this production, with some rousing chorus numbers throughout the production.

There will be performances of Snow White And The Cheddar Seven from January 26-28, at 7.30pm, with an additional performance at 2.30pm on January 28. Tickets, priced £3.50 for children or £7.50 for adults, are available from Dean & Sons, in Bath Street, now.
