YOUNG Americans season continues in Bath as The Grapes of Wrath is staged at the egg, the Theatre Royal, Bath from tonight (Thurs) to Saturday.

The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck tells the story of the Joads, a family of impoverished Oklahoman sharecroppers, and their epic journey from the dust bowl of Oklahoma to the ‘promised land’ of California during the Great Depression.

Adapted for the stage by Frank Galati from the novel by Nobel Prize winner John Steinbeck, The Grapes of Wrath provides a timely examination of a nation in search of itself.
