COMEDIAN Freddie Starr will perform his mad antics at The Playhouse in Weston.Audiences will be able to see the crazy comic twice on August 9 and 23 as part of his nationwide theatre tour.He will always be remembered for The Sun headline "Freddie Starr Ate My Hamster" and has captivated audiences for almost four decades.With his unique blend of edgy outrageous stunts and madcap comedy, Freddie takes audiences on a roller coaster ride of hilarity featuring mimicry, slapstick jokes and impressions.Freddie made history in 1970 at the Royal Variety Performance when he was the first person in 47 years to be allowed an encore.The shows are for an adult audience and are expected to be a sell-out. Tickets are priced at £16.50 from the box office on 01934 645544.
