In Lies Have Been Told, audiences can decide for themselves, as they hear Maxwell give his own side of the story. If, of course, they can believe a word he says...Having been highly acclaimed and hugely successful in the West End and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, National Theatre actor Phillip York plays Maxwell in Rod Beacham's play.Expected to offer a subtle and evocative insight into the mind of a man full of contradictions, Lies Have Been Told will be staged at the Rondo Theatre in Bath on Saturday.
