Theatre @ The Bay is welcoming a Roald Dahl classic as one of its latest performances – and you could win tickets thanks to our competition.

Danny and his father live happily in a caravan together but when Danny turns nine years old, he finds out some upsetting news.

His father has a passion for pheasant poaching and – not only that – he does so in the nasty and greedy Victor Hazell’s estate.

Danny may be filled with worry but the brave boy decides to take Hazell on and rescue his father from any danger in this uplifting tale of loyalty and love.

Danny, The Champion Of The World will be at Theatre @ The Bay, at Weston’s Tropicana, on September 1 at 7pm.

Tickets, priced £10 for adults and £7 for children, are available by calling 01179 020344 or visit www.tobaccofactorytheatres.com

The Mercury has teamed up with Theatre @ The Bay to offer two lucky readers a pair of tickets to Danny, The Champion Of The World.

The competition will close at 10am on Tuesday.
