CHILDREN are being invited to take centre stage on Monday and audition for a magical production.Bruce James Productions will be testing the talents of youngsters for their July show, The Wizard Of Oz.Children aged 11 and under and who are shorter than 4ft 6ins in height should arrive at The Winter Gardens at 10.30am. They should be able to dance to grade two in ballet and/or modern dance.Those wishing to be considered as older members of the chorus should be able to dance to grade three in ballet and/or modern dance. Their auditions will start at 11.30am.Organisers have said that the open auditions will be informal and there will be lots of fun-filled activities for those taking part.Children should wear comfortable clothing like tracksuits and bring dancing shoes or plimsolls.
