Out Of Sky

Young theatre-makers will take to Bristol University’s stage over the next few nights as a talented, newly-formed company displays its work for the very first time.

The Made In Bristol initiative invites young actors and creative individuals to launch their own company and produce some mesmerising theatre.

Splint Theatre will be performing Out Of Sky, which is a gothic tale of love and how it can be lost.

The story will also be told through movement as well as an original music score.

Those who are involved train at the Bristol Old Vic two days a week and learn to become workshop leaders, assistants and theatre-makers.

This is the sixth year of this project and this production has been created through a lot of hard work.

Some of the skills used are physical theatre, choral work and working together as a team to create a unique performance.

Out Of Sky will be at the Wickham Theatre from tonight (Thursday) until Saturday at 8pm each night, with an additional matinee performance on Saturday at 3pm.

Tickets, priced £8, are available by calling 01179 877877 or from
