A young theatre group will perform for a junior audience in a fantastic new show in Bath.

The young performers of the Theatre Royal Bath Theatre School take on the role of puppets brought to life and on the run in the new adaptation of Lorca’s tragic comedy, Billy-Club Puppets.

Dona Rosita wants to get married but will it be to the loveable-but-poor Cocoliche or rich-but-cruel Don Cristobita?

A host of mischievous characters will feature in Lorca’s surreal and farcical comedy.

The cast of 26 young people present this new production full of beautiful poetry, music and song and hope to wow the crowd.

The Billy-Club Puppets will be at the Theatre Royal Bath’s The Egg, in Sawclose, at 3pm and 7pm on July 1.

Tickets, priced £6.50-8.50, are available from 01225 448844 or online via www.theatreroyal.org.uk

Tickets for the Friday show on June 30 have already sold out so book now to avoid disappointment.
