If you enjoyed the Weston Air Show last weekend, you are in luck as another aviation event will entertain on tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday.

Enthusiasts will flock to the Claverham Drove airfield for Woodspring Wings Model Aircrafts Club’s annual showpiece event in Yatton.

Show director Chris Armitage said: “Known as the South West’s premier model air show, the event will again include continuous displays from 10am-5pm by highly-skilled international show pilots, flying single and multi-engine aircraft models depicting aviation throughout the years from early biplanes to modern jet fighters.

“The show is complemented by static displays and numerous trade marquees and has been well received and enjoyed by many thousands of visitors since the inaugural show in the early 1990s.”

A fly-past by a full-sized Lancaster Bomber is also planned for Sunday afternoon.

Tickets, priced £10, are available on the gate and parking is free.
